Dave began his journey with SMBHK in 2019 as a Supply Planning Officer. He returned to SMBHK in 2022 as the Assistant Manager of Physical Distribution and was promoted to Manager in 2024, an achievement that reflects his leadership and results.

“One module required learning to read financial statements. This knowledge allows me to understand the company's financial status more clearly, enabling more comprehensive planning in budgeting and resource allocation.”

Dave embodies the principle of “taking responsibility with accountability.” He has overcome numerous challenges using this mindset, including advocating introduction of an auto stretch wrapper, boosting product wrapping efficiency while reducing material use.
