For over four decades, Raymond has been a cherished member of the SMBHK family. His remarkable journey, which began in 1984 as a Technical Associate, is a powerful testament to our company’s commitment to nurturing talent.

“San Miguel is like one big happy family to me,” Raymond shares. “With superiors like authoritative parents mentoring and constantly giving me chances, I can work my magic in different fields of work.” This support was clear in 1996 when he finished an internal sales management course. He recalls, “I was awarded a certificate from the Managing Director, Mr. Stuart J. McGregor, at that time.”

Raymond’s career is filled with milestones made possible by teamwork. He particularly remembers the San Miguel WildDayOut concerts, where he was responsible for the beer booths. “Thanks to the joint effort of different colleagues, which led to the success of the events,” he says gratefully.

Even now, as a Manager, he embraces challenges with energy. “Arranging the sales conference every year is a challenge!” he admits. “We cannot repeat what we did in the past, but have to involve over a hundred participants.”

Through it all, his feeling remains the same. After 40 years, Raymond still sees SMBHK as a family where people grow together. His story beautifully reinforces our belief that when our people are valued, they build not just a career, but a lifelong legacy.
