Guangzhou San Miguel Brewery Co. Ltd. (GSMB) is a subsidiary of San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd (SMBHK). GSMB is the first joint-venture of SMBHK in mainland China, which was inaugurated in 1991. It is a joint-venture of SMBHK and Guangzhou Brewery, with SMBHK owns the majority stake. GSMB sells primarily in South China, and the products available in South China market are primarily manufactured by San Miguel (Guangdong) Brewery Co. Ltd. in Shunde.
