| Ms. Abigail L. OCAMPO, BBE, aged 50, was appointed as the Chief Finance Officer of the Company with effect from 1 August 2022. Ms. Ocampo has been with San Miguel Corporation for 24 years. She served the International Beer Operations of San Miguel Brewery Inc. (¡§SMB¡¨) in various positions, including as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of the International Beer Operations of SMB (2021 ¡V 2022), the Head of the Financial Planning and Analysis (2009 ¡V 2015) and Account Manager for Hong Kong and South China (2005 ¡V 2009). | |

| Mr Ramon D. DELOS REYES, BSBA, aged 57,was appointed as the Sales Director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2024. Mr Reyes has a wealth of experience in beer sales operations gained from 35 years of working in San Miguel Brewery in which 16 years in Philippines sales operations and 19 years in beer international sales which included assignments as Country Account Manager for Thailand and South China. | |
| Mr. William K.L. TSANG, MSSc, BEng, aged 41, Senior Manager ¡X Logistics, joined the Company in 2006. Mr. Tsang has accumulated 19 years of experience in logistics and supply-chain management through in charging of multiple logistics functions in the Company. | |
| Mr. Kenneth W.S. YEUNG, MBA, BSc, aged 58, Senior Manager ¡X Operations, first joined the Company in 1988. Mr. Yeung has over 34 years of service with the Company. He has extensive experience in the operations of beer production. | |
| Mr. Vincent K.M. KWOK, MBA, BBA, aged 54, was appointed as the General Manager of San Miguel (Guangdong) Brewery Company Limited on 1 January 2021. Mr. Kwok joined the Company in 2003. He has more than 32 years of solid experience in marketing and management in various industries. | |
