Brewery

San Miguel Brewery in Yuen Long was inaugurated in 1996 following the closure of Sham Tseng Brewery. With an investment of more than HK$1.3 billion, the Brewery is equipped with the most advanced brewing facilities in the world. The Brewery was accredited with ISO9002 Certification in 1998, and later in 2013 was accredited with ISO9001:2008.

San Miguel is one of the few breweries in the world to utilize a fully centralized and integrated control panel. All stages of the brewing process are graphically shown on the panel & can be controlled with simply the touch of a button. 
Brewhouse

The brewhouse can produce the equivalent of 1,200,000 cans of beer daily.

Control Room

The fully automated system monitors the entire production process, from raw materials to end products.

Fermenting and Aging Tanks

29 tanks, with different capacities from 1,000HL to 6,000HL, allow fermentation and storage to take place in the same tank.

Bottle Washer

Empty bottles are cleansed and checked for any flaws or damages before conveying to the beer filling machine.

The filling speed is respectively 680 330ml bottles and 500 640ml bottles a minute.
